摘　　要：文章从中国饮食类非物质文化遗产保护现状入手,分析了中国饮食类非物质文化遗产建档保护的必要性,针对建档主体多元化的现实状况,提出构建饮食类非物质文化遗产协同建档机制的观点,并探讨了协同建档机制的实现策略。Starting with the current protection status of the intangible cultural heritage of Chinese diet,this paper analyses the necessity of protecting the intangible cultural heritage archives of Chinese diet.In view of the diversified reality of archiving subjects,it puts forward the idea of establishing a collaborative filing mechanism for the intangible cultural heritage of Chinese diet,and explores the implementation strategy of collaborative filing mechanism.
