摘　　要：中国崛起后,美国所实施的"亚太再平衡"战略,对东盟安全共同体的影响较大。冷战结束后,东盟安全共同体建设在军事安全合作、非军事安全合作、经贸合作、外交机构及人文教育合作等方面呈现出新格局、新变化。中国崛起与实施"一带一路"Asia Pacific Rebalancing Strategy carried out by the U.S.has an great impact on the ASEAN Security Community after the rise of China.New situations and changes have taken place in ASEAN Security Community construction in aspects of military security cooperation,non-military security cooperation,economic and trade cooperation,diplomatic institutions and humanistic education cooperation after the end of the Cold War.The rise of China and the implement of the Belt and Road Strategy exert an active influence on the establishment of ASEAN Security Community.
