摘　　要：全球化网络化背景下,建设具有强大凝聚力和引领力的高校意识形态文化是高校肩负的政治责任和使命,高校意识形态文化引领大学文化建设对于凝聚高校改革发展正能量、加强大学文化内涵建设、占领高校意识形态阵地、构建大学文化自信等具有重要意义。坚持主导性与主体性相结合原则、价值引领与文化育人相结合原则、显性教育与隐性教育相结合的原则、传承传统与开放创新相结合的原则,以高校意识形态文化引领大学精神文化,做好大学文化建设价值导航;以高校意识形态文化引领大学制度文化,构筑大学文化建设长效机制;以高校意识形态文化引领大学物质文化,优化大学文化建设育人环境;以高校意识形态文化引领大学行为文化,激发大学文化建设载体活力。In the globalization and network background,the construction of college ideological culture with strong cohesion and leading force is the political responsibility and mission undertaken by colleges.The college ideological culture leading the construction of university culture has significance in gathering the positive energy for college reform and development,strengthening the construction of university culture connotation,occupying the position for college ideology,building confidence of university culture.Adhering to the combination principle of dominance and subjectivity,value guidance and culture education,explicit education and implicit education and inherited tradition and opening innovation,lead the university spirit culture by college ideological culture to complete the value guidance of university culture construction,lead the university system culture to build the long-term mechanism of university culture construction,lead the university material to optimize education environment of university culture construction and lead the university behavior culture to stimulate the carrier energy of university culture.
