摘  要:以长江流域为研究对象,采用"纵横向拉开档次法"、GIS空间技术和分层聚类分析等技术方法,从流域水污染源头控制、监控预警、应急处置等三个方面,对流域17个省级行政单元的水污染综合防控能力空间变异以及影响因素进行分析。结果表明:(1)长江流域水污染综合防控能力存在显著的空间变异性,上海、浙江、江苏综合防控能力指数最高,分别为12. 13、10. 48和10. 22,青海、西藏综合防控能力指数最低,分别为7. 44、7. 06;(2)流域源头控制、监控预警、应急处置等能力空间变异明显,表明不同区域水污染防控综合能力的主要限制因素差异显著。The Yangtze River basin was selected as a target,the spatial variations of comprehensive water pollution prevention capabilities for 17 provinces were assessed with assistance of cluster analysis method and GIS technology from aspects of sources control,monitoring and warning,emergency management.The results showed that a great variation in comprehensive capability values was identified for all the provinces,the high values of comprehensive capability were identified in Shanghai(12.13),Zhejiang(10.48)and Jiangsu(10.22)and the lower values were identified in Qinghai(7.46)and Tibet(7.06).The spatial variations in the capabilities of sources control,monitoring and warning,emergency management indicated that the limiting factors were different with regard to the comprehensive prevention capabilities of the provinces.
