Meso-四苯基金属锌卟啉配合物的合成及其与牛血清白蛋白相互作用的光谱学研究

摘　　要：以Meso-四苯基卟啉(TPP)与二水合乙酸锌合成了四苯基金属锌卟啉(Zn TPP),在生理条件下,利用荧光光谱法研究了ZnTPP与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)之间的相互作用.实验结果表明:随着Zn TPP浓度的逐渐增大(0 u L→200 u L),BSA的内源荧光强度逐渐降低(3026 a. u.→279. 2 a. u.),同时通过线性拟合及Stern-Volmer方程得到荧光猝灭过程速率常数Kq=4. 88×10^(12)L/mol·s,从而确定ZnTPP与BSA之间的相互作用是静态猝灭.This paper reported the synthesis of the compound of Zn(II)tetraphenylporphyrin(ZnTPP)fromZn(OAc)2 and tetraphenylporphyrin.Then the interaction between ZnTPP and bovine serum albumin(BSA)under the physiological condition was studied using the fluorescence quenching method.The results indicated that the fluorescence intensity of BSA has decreased(3026 a.u.to 279.2 a.u.)with the concentration increase of ZnTPP(0 uL to 200 uL).Meanwhile,the apparent quenching constant Kq was obtained to be 4.88×10 12 L/mol·s according to the Stern-Volmer equation,so it is showed that the quenching mechanism of the combination of BSA with ZnTPP was a static quenching procedure.
