摘  要:采用分光光度法,以二甲酚橙为显色剂测水中微量铅,通过实验确定了最佳实验条件;分别以壳聚糖和壳聚糖-沸石吸附剂对水中的微量铅进行吸附去除,效果显著。本实验立足于实践应用,使学生对水体铅污染、检测、去除及物质表征有综合性的认知提高,可作为化学相关专业学生的综合性实验开设。The paper described a successful experiment to eliminate trade lead from water with chitosan and chitosan-zeolite as absorbents after optimal experimental conditions had been established by means of measuring its content with xylenol orange as the developer and the spectrophotometry.The experiment,based on practical operation,is recommended to chemistry majors as a comprehensive course because it helps to improve their understanding about water pollution by lead,trace lead measurement and elimination as well as the characteristics of certain substances.
