摘　　要：运用文献资料研究、专家调查、观察等方法,从规则演变、比赛特点、能量供应、制胜因素以及竞技能力5个方面对新规则下拳击运动项目特征进行研究。研究认为:新规则下,以有效拳为主的综合优势判定方式让拳击运动重新回到对抗的本质;拳击比赛是以无氧供能为主、有氧供能为辅的运动项目,表现为间歇性、高强度对抗;拳击运动制胜因素是快、全、控、准、重、变;制胜策略是积极主动,进得去站得住,增加有效拳质量,每回合全力以赴,控制比赛;拳击运动员在技术、战术、体能上的竞技对抗全面升级。Using the method of literature review,expert interviews and logical analysis and other methods,this paper analyses the characteristics of boxing from the rule evolution,motion characteristics,energy supply,winning factors and competitive ability under the new rules.The results show that the judging of the outcome of the boxing match is based on the comprehensive advantage of the effective punches makes boxing go back to the nature of the confrontation.Boxing matches are mainly based on anaerobic energy supply,which is an intermittent,high-intensity confrontational sport.The winning factors of boxing are fast,comprehensive,control,accurate,heavy and change.The winning strategy is initiative,get in,stand up,increase the quality of effective boxing,and go all out to control the game every round.The technical,tactical,physical ability of boxers have comprehensively improved.
