摘　　要：用环戊烷发泡生产硬质聚氨酯泡沫是HCFC-141b淘汰的重要方向之一。结合环戊烷发泡剂生产硬质聚氨酯泡沫行业的特点,对国内外典型相关标准进行综述。首先,对火灾危险性参数测试标准及分类情况进行分析;其次,从爆炸性气体环境危险区域划分及防爆要求、厂房防火间距、可燃气体探测报警系统、通风与排风系统及工艺安全措施5个角度进行了分析;同时对储运与装卸方面涉及的相关标准进行分析。最后,结合分析结果,对典型的安全设计要点进行了归纳。Using cyclopentane blowing agent in rigid polyurethane foam industry is one of the important direction of the phase-out of HCFC-141b.Combined with the rigid polyurethane foam industrial characteristics using cyclopentane blowing agent,the related code and standard at home and abroad were reviewed.Firstly,the fire hazard parameter test standards and classification of fire hazards were analyzed.Secondly,the classification of hazardous area in explosive gas atmosphere and explosion prevention,fire separation distance of factory buildings,combustible gas detection and alarm system,ventilation and ventilation system,process safety measures were introduced.Meanwhile,the codes and standards on storage,transportation and handling were analyzed.Finally,based on the analysis results of code and standard,the typical points of safety design were concluded.
