摘  要:以液化MDI和聚碳酸酯二醇为主要原料,分别以乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇、1,4-环己烷二甲醇和三羟甲基丙烷为扩链剂/交联剂,采用一步熔融法制备了一系列聚碳酸酯型形状记忆聚氨酯(SMPU),研究了扩链剂种类对SMPU性能的影响。结果表明,扩链剂是调节SMPU形变温度的重要因素,可以通过调节扩链剂碳链的长度来调节形状恢复温度;所制备的SMPU均具有优异的力学性能,其中以1,6-己二醇为扩链剂的SMPU3的力学性能最佳,拉伸强度为46. 5 MPa,断裂伸长率为545%;所有的SMPU均能在5 s内完成95%以上的形状恢复。A series of polycarbonate-based shape memory polyurethanes(SMPUs)were synthesized by one-step method from liquefied MDI polycarbonatediols(PCDL)and several chain extenders including EG,BDO,HDO,CHDM or crosslinker TMP.The influence of chain extenders or crosslinker on the properties of SMPUs were studied.The results showed that chain extender was an important factor to adjust the recovery temperature of SMPU.The recovery temperature was adjusted by changing the length of chain extender.The prepared SMPU had excellent mechanical properties,in which SMPU3 with EG as chain extender showed great tensile strength of 46.5MPa,elongation at break of 545%.All SMPUs were able to recover the initial shape within 5 seconds,the shape recovery rate reached 95%.
