基于聚醚与含磷聚酯的水性聚氨酯的制备及性能

摘　　要：以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、含磷聚酯二醇(BY3009T)、聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG-1000)、二羟甲基丙酸合成含磷水性聚氨酯(WPU)。调整BY3009T与PPG的摩尔比制备一系列含磷WPU,探讨其对WPU乳液及膜性能的影响。研究发现,所制备的乳液平均粒径在30～50 nm范围,乳液稳定性良好。WPU浸渍合成革基布的燃烧试验表明,该含磷WPU可赋予基布一定的阻燃性能。Isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),phosphorus-containing polyester diol(BY3009T),polyoxypro-pylene diol(PPG-1000)and dimethylolpropionic acid were used as the raw materials to prepare waterborne polyurethanes(WPUs).The molar ratio of BY3009T and PPG was adjusted to prepare a series of phosphorus-containing WPU.The properties of WPU emulsions and films were characterized.The results indicated that the average particle size of emulsions were in the range of 30~50 nm.The stability of emulsions was good.A phosphorus-containing waterborne polyurethane was applied in the processing of synthetic leather base.The treated base had flame retardant.
