摘  要:从轧辊弹性变形的角度分析了轧辊的弹性挠度、轧辊辊间压扁、工作辊与轧件间压扁对板形的影响,采用影响函数法计算了不同弯辊力、不同带宽对铜板带轧制时轧辊的弹性挠度、辊间压扁以及工作辊压扁的影响。结果表明:弯辊力变化对支持辊的挠度影响不大,辊间压扁量随着弯辊力的增加而逐渐减小,弯辊力对工作辊的压扁量影响较小;铜板带宽度变化对在离轧制中心线较近处工作辊和支撑辊挠度变化都不大,随着距离轧制中心越远工作辊和支撑辊的挠度都明显增大,铜板带宽度对于辊间压扁量影响很大,铜板带宽度对工作辊压扁量影响较小。The elastic deflection of roll,the flattening between rolls and the flattening between working roll and rolled piece are analyzed from the angle of the elastic deformation of roll.The influence of different roll bending force and different bandwidth on the elastic deflection of roll,the flattening between rolls and the flattening of working roll were calculated by Influence Function Method.The result shows that:The changing bending roll force has little effect on the deflection of the backup roll,the value of flattening between rolls decreases with the roll bending force increasing,and there is little effect of roll bending force on the flattening of working roll.The changing width of copper strip has little influence on the deflection of working roll and backup roll which is near the rolling center line,and the deflection increase significantly with the distance from the rolling center line increasing.The width of copper strip has marked influence on flattening between rolls,but has little influence on flattening of working roll.
