摘 要:应用于传动工程领域的磁流变离合器能够实现输出力矩可控及无级调速,需满足输出力矩范围、可调系数等性能指标。基于磁流变液宾汉本构特性及平行平板恒流模型,建立剪切工作模式下磁流变离合器的输出转矩力学模型;分析流液间隙、盘片直径等关键结构尺寸对离合器性能指标的影响及其相关程度,合理选取关键尺寸,进而提出离合器工程结构设计方法;最后通过自行设计的实验台架对所设计磁流变离合器进行动态试验,验证离合器性能及设计的合理性。In transmission engineering applications MR clutch can provide controllable output torque and realize stepless speed regulation,which should meet the requirements of large range of output torque and adjustable coefficient.Based on the shear model of steady flow equations for parallel plates and Bingham fluid model,the model of output torque of MR clutch was established.Influence on MR clutch performance was discussed with the important structural parameters,such as the flow gap and the disc radius,so that reasonable values of the structural parameters could be determined,and the engineering structure design method for MR clutch was presented.Finally test for the special designed MR clutch was done and good performance of MR clutch with rational design was verified.
