摘　　要：为了解决烟台环球机床装备股份有限公司AK36A型号数控刀架运转时产生严重噪音问题,对数控刀架出现严重噪音的原因进行逐项排查,最终确定为减速小齿轮加工精度不足导致。为改善小齿轮表面精度,采用小齿轮与齿轮轴过盈热装配合的方式,通过理论计算出最大过盈量δ≤0.0856mm,通过NX高级仿真分析获得热装配合的实际间隙配合量为0.06677mm,热装温度为414.4℃,最后对改善后的齿轮进行扭矩承载试验,运转试验和偏载跑车试验,结果表明,热装配合加工后的齿轮满足齿轮承载力要求,改进后新推出的AK36D型号数控刀架测得的噪音小,达到国际先进水平,有力推动了国产刀架技术水平的提高。In order to solve the serious noise problem of AK36A turret in Yantai universal machine tool equipment Co.Ltd during operation,the reason of serious noise problem is ruled out one by one,and eventually identified as the accuracy of gear.Interference hot cooperate is use on gear and gear shaft to improve the gear surface precision.Firstly,magnitude of interference is theoretical calculated no more than 0.0856mm.Secondly,NX advanced simulation analysis is used to get the actual magnitude of Interference cooperate and heat temperature.Finally,the torque load test,running test and edge load running test are carried out.The research show that interference hot cooperate satisfy the requirement of gear bearing capacity,the new type of turret AK36D has few noise problem,and the technical level has reached the international level.This research has great significance in promoting the technical level of turret.
