摘  要:针对传统铆接设备的送料装置自动化程度低,无法适应产品多样化且开环控制不便于精度提高的问题,提出了一种利用机器视觉获取目标坐标值代替人工输入坐标值的铆接机送料装置定位方法。对利用单目CCD相机获取的待铆接件图像进行灰度化、二值化及形态学图像滤波等预处理,采用质心法对预处理后的图像进行铆接孔圆心亚像素精度坐标值提取,并对定位系统坐标系进行标定及算法验证。实验结果表明:圆心提取实验结果达到了铆接工艺的加工精度要求,解决了传统铆接机送料装置精度低,自动化程度低的问题。For the feeding device of the traditional riveting equipment are weak in the degree of automation,can not adapt to the diversification of products and open-loop control is not easy to improve the accuracy of the device.So,put forward a new method based on machine vision to control the riveting machine by sending the target coordinates to feeding device positioning system instead of manual input the target coordinates.Using the monocular CCD obtained the image of the riveting piece,and use the gray scale,binaryzation and morphological filtering to preprocessing the image.Then use the centroid algorithm to extracting the sub-pixel center coordinates of the piece.The positioning system coordinates calibration and algorithm verification are also given.The experimental results show that the center extraction experiments results reached the requirement of machining precision of riveting process,improved the precision of feeding device of the traditional riveting machine,as well as the degree of automation.
