摘  要:铝电解电容器生产过程中需对电容器封口强度进行检测,根据电容器生产制造企业的检测要求,设计了电容器铝壳封口强度检测装置,该装置包括装夹密封组件、液压系统以及压力检测存储系统。采用该装置对多规格铝电解电容器进行了封口强度检测实验,检测结果表明,该装置可准确测量被测试件的封口强度,并能将检测数据导入计算机进行详细检测结果分析。该检测装置已在电容器生产企业实际应用,使用效果良好,性能稳定,为企业提高电容器设计水平提供了实验依据和技术保障,产生了良好的经济和社会效益。Sealing strength of aluminum capacitor needs to be tested when manufacturing.Based on testing requirements from enterprises,the sealing strength testing equipment for aluminum capacitor was developed,which consists of clamping&sealing component,hydraulic system,and pressure detection&storage system.Aluminum capacitors in multiple specifications have been tested with the equipment and the results reveal that this equipment has the capacity to test the sealing strength of aluminum capacitors with much accuracy.Moreover,testing data can be sent to computer and analyzed in detail.So far,the equipment has been adopted by enterprises and has good effect and stability.The application of sealing strength testing equipment has provided experimental evidences and technical supports for enterprises to improve design level of aluminum capacitors,which results in good economic and social benefits.
