摘  要:为了探究含故障因素行星齿轮传动系统的动态特性,结合Hertz接触理论和齿轮激励,建立考虑齿面接触特性的行星齿轮传动系统动力学模型,并且在模型中分别引入了行星轮、内齿圈、太阳轮3种断齿故障因素;分别模拟了传动系统在不同故障因素影响下的工作过程,通过分析动载荷谱、浮动轨迹来研究行星齿轮出现故障的情况下传动系统的动态特性。得出结论:与内齿圈断齿故障相比,行星轮、太阳轮断齿对系统造成影响更大;频谱图中低频区域的幅值所在频率和故障频率有着对应关系;太阳轮断齿故障因素使太阳轮浮动轨迹半径大幅增加。故障因素对系统动态特性影响的研究,可以为行星齿轮传动系统的故障诊断提供理论依据。In order to explore the dynamic characteristics of planetary gear transmission system after a failure,combining with the Hertz contact theory and gears excitation,the planetary gear transmission system model in consideration of the contact characteristics of the tooth surface is established.And three tooth-breaking fault factors are introduced into the model,including the planetary wheel,ring gear,and sun gear.The working process of the transmission system under different fault factors are respectively simulated the and its dynamic characteristics are studied by analyzing the dynamic loading spectrum and floating trajectory.Come to conclusion,when the tooth-breaking fault occurs on the planetary gear and the sun wheel,the fault cycle is shorter and has bigger effect on the system than that occurs on the inner gear ring.There is correspondence between the fault frequency and frequency of amplitude of low frequency area in the spectrum.The tooth-breaking fault of the sun wheel makes the radius of center floating trajectory of the sun wheel center to increase greatly.The research on the influence of the fault factors on the dynamic characteristics of the system provides a theoretical evidence for the fault diagnosis of the planetary gear transmission system.
