摘  要:为利用分箱电池的结构离散性构建电动汽车低压驱动系统,提出了分裂绕组电机的概念,并以分数槽集中绕组无刷直流电机为例,阐述了电机绕组的拆分原理及方法。通过对一个虚拟分数槽集中绕组无刷直流电机的仿真分析,初步展示了分裂绕组电机的实用性。确认了当转矩转速特性相同时,分裂绕组电机各次绕组电源电压之和高于惯常绕组电机的电源电压。In order to use the dispersion of the battery in sub-box to establish a low voltage driving system,the conception of split winding motor is proposed,the theory of split winding and the method of winding split are elaborated in the example of a fractional slot concentrated BLDCM.Through the simulation analysis of the virtual fractional slot concentrated BLDCM,the practicability of the split winding motor is preliminarily confirmed.It’s also found that when the torque-speed characteristic is consistent no matter the winding is split or not,the sum voltage of all the sub-winding is higher than the voltage before the winding is split.
