摘 要:定轴交角修整珩磨轮会导致珩磨轮负变位,引起珩齿接触条件和切削参数的改变。在分析工件齿面纹理形成机制和定轴交角修整珩磨轮造成负变位的原因的基础上,提出一种保证工件齿面加工纹理恒定的变轴交角修整珩磨轮工艺策略,即在珩磨轮每次修整时,轴交角作为中心距的函数不断地变化,在加工工件时轴交角和珩磨轮修整时保持一致。通过仿真分析得知,该工艺可以使珩磨轮在寿命周期内获得与工件恒定的接触和切削参数,且加工后的齿面纹理不会发生变动。同时保证在珩磨轮寿命中,轮齿齿型形状几乎不变,大幅提高了珩磨轮可修整次数。The honing stone profile shift coefficient will become negative by fixed axis cross angle when dressing honing stone,which change the gear honing contact condition and cutting parameters.Firstly,the gear surface structure formation mechanism and the causes of honing stone profile shift by fixed axis cross angle are analyzed.Then,a variable axis cross angle technology strategy of honing stone dressing is puts forward,which can guarantee the gear surface honing structure constant.It can be described that the axis cross angle is a function of center distance when honing stone dressing and gear honing.Finally,the simulation shows that the technology can obtain constant contact and cutting parameters between workpiece and honing stone during its life,and the surface structure of the gear will not change.At the same time,it can ensure that honing stone profile remains constant in its life,and the number of dressing times of honing wheel is greatly increased.
