低碳壁垒对我国纺织服装出口的影响及对策

摘　　要：以低碳经济为幌子的低碳贸易壁垒正在悄然形成。我国是世界碳排放水平最高的国家,必定成为发达国家低碳贸易壁垒的主要针对国。纺织服装是我国出口的支柱产业,分析低碳贸易壁垒对我国纺织服装出口产生的短期效应及长期效应,我国纺织服装出口应对低碳贸易壁垒应完善低碳法律体制建设,制定低碳经济相关法律法规;积极开发利用新能源,逐步摆脱对传统能源的过分依赖;通过宏观调控引导,加快纺织服装业实现低碳化产业升级;我国纺织服装出口企业应由产业链低端走向产业链高端;利用我国原料优势,开发和利用天然纤维;开展"低碳"外交,为企业争取较宽松的国际环境。Low-carbon economy as a cover of low-carbon trade barriers are quietly formed.China is the world's highest level of carbon emissions in the country,Will become the main target countries of low-carbon trade barriers in developed countries.Textile and garment is the pillar industry of China's exports,Analyzes the connotation and main manifestation of low-carbon trade barrier,Term effect and long-term effect of low-carbon trade barriers on China's textile and garment export,And put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,China's textile and garment exports to deal with low-carbon trade barriers is of great significance.
