摘　　要：利用链接分析指标和流量指标对我国省级卫生计生委网站进行网络计量评价。通过对数据的描述性分析,发现我国省级卫生计生委网站规模、内容组织层次等基础建设水平欠佳,外链平均受欢迎度较低,网站影响力、受欢迎度和利用度有待提升。通过利用灰色关联度分析法对评价指标进行整合分析,发现我国东、中、西部省级卫生计生委网站建设水平不均衡,且在一定程度上受经济、人口及政策因素的影响。因此提出省级卫生计生委应立足于夯实网站基础质量、着眼于网站外链的优化及新媒介推广、致力于提升网站服务水平、最大化满足公众需求等措施。The webmetric evaluation was performed for the provincial Health and Family Planning Commission websites in China according to their link analysis index and flow volume index.Descriptive analysis of data showed that the infrastructures of provincial Health and Family Planning Commission websites in China(such as website scale and content organization)were poor and their external link average popularity,influencing power and utility were low.Gray associability analysis revealed that the provincial Health and Family Planning Commission websites were not at the same level in East China,Central China and West China due to their economy,population and policies.The following measures were thus proposed,namely the provincial Health and Family Planning Commission in China should lay a good foundation for the websites,optimize their external link of websites,popularize their new media,improve website service and fully meet the public need.
