摘　　要：血泵模组是血液透析设备中的重要组件,是建立血液体外循环的动力提供者,在整个血液透析治疗过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。本文总结了费森尤斯4008系列血透机血泵模组的结构和运行原理。通过两个典型故障的维修案例,分析了引起血泵故障的各类原因,详细阐述了故障的排查过程,探讨了可行的元件级别的维修方法,特别是通过反读血泵主板电路并研究步进电机工作原理,总结出了新旧版本的步进电机的兼容方法。在今后工作中,针对同类故障运用本文提供的维修思路和方法,可以有效提升维修效率,减少维修开支。As an important component of hemodialysis equipment,the blood pump module is a power provider for establishing extracorporeal blood circuit and plays a vital role in the whole process of hemodialysis treatment.This paper summarized the structure and principle of blood pump module in fresenius hemodialysis machine of 4008 series.The causes of the failure were analyzed,the process of troubleshooting was expounded,and the feasible method of component maintenance was discussed through two maintenance cases of typical fault.In particular,the compatibility method of the new and old stepper motor was summarized through studying the principle of stepper motor and reverse reading the main board circuit of the blood pump.It will be helpful to the maintenance of similar failure in our future work,in order to improve the maintenance efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
