摘　　要：本文通过对金宝AK200血透机出现的两例故障进行描述分析,提供了具体的解决方案,并进行了探讨。故障一主要由除气模块引起,故障二主要由透析液浓度检测不合格引起,排除硬件损坏,两例故障都可归结为管路破损或堵塞所导致。虽然解决方法并无太大差别,但背后的工作原理和分析方法有所不同。针对此类故障现象,本文提供的分析思路和解决方法切实可行,且成本较低,为透析维修人员提供技术参考。This paper provided the analysis,solutions and discussion of Gambro AK200 hemodialysis equipment through two malfunction cases.The case one was coused by degassing module,and the case two was coused by failure of concentration detection,both were resulted from leakage of piping system.Despite the slight differences of the solution,the operating principle and analysis were different.The ideas and methods provided by this paper are viable with low cost,which can provide technical reference for dialysis maintenance personnel.
