非血液接触式心室辅助装置的现状及展望

摘　　要：非血液接触式心室辅助装置直接包裹在心室表面,辅助心脏泵血,改善心功能,同时又避免了血栓、血流感染、血液生物相容性等问题,对治疗心衰等心脏疾病有着重要的临床意义。本文通过介绍国内外的研究进展,对比各个非血液接触式心室辅助装置的优缺点,展望未来非血液接触式心室辅助装置的发展方向。Non-blood-contacting ventricular assist devices surrounding on the surface of heart chambers can assist the heart for pumping blood and improve the heart function.In addition,they can prevent the problem of thrombus,bloodstream infection,biocompatibility with blood and so on.The research progress of the non-blood-contacting ventricular assist devices at home and abroad was reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantages of each non-blood contact ventricular assist device were compared in this paper.Then the future development of non-blood-contact ventricular assist devices was prospected.
