摘　　要：本文立足于互联网医院产生的背景以及我院的实际情况,借助需求分析、系统架构设计、数据库设计、网络架构设计等手段设计了基于我院实体医院的互联网医院,该系统实现了"门诊流程优化""互联网云诊室""慢病管理""双向转诊""远程会诊""健康互动"等优质的线上线下相结合的服务。互联网医院有助于扩大医护人员的服务覆盖面,提高帮扶、帮带社区医疗技术的服务水平,能够更好地为全国人民提供健康服务,因而成为医疗服务模式新发展的必然趋势。研究及解决其存在的问题具有积极的现实意义。This study proceeded from the background of the Internet hospital and the practical situation of our hospital,and brought about the Internet hospital based on it via the means of demand analysis,systematic architecture design,database design,network architecture design,etc.High-quality online and offline services including“outpatient process optimization”“Internet cloud consulting room”“chronic disease management”“two-way referral”“remote consultation”“health interaction”,and so on were realized based on the Internet hospital.Currently speaking,the Internet hospital as an inevitable trend in the new development of medical service mode contributes to expanding the service coverage of medical staff,increasing the medical service level of communities and ultimately supplying better health services to the whole nation.It is of positive practical significance to research on and solve the problems with the Internet hospital.
