医院应急库建设与分类设备购置关联性研究

摘　　要：目的通过分析上一年度应急设备(以监护仪配置为例)的借用情况,得到科室的申购方案,以期增加科室收入,节约设备借用归还所花费的人力时间。方法首先统计分析各科室的单次借用最大台数;然后自1开始,计算不同申购台数可完成的工作时长和6年累计收入,最后提取最大收入时的设备台数,以此作为建议申购方案。结果 43.2%的科室申购设备的累计收入大于应急库模式收入,但仅有9%的科室的收入提升较明显。结论应急库模式可有效增加设备周转率。Objective Through the analysis of the emergency equipment’s borrowing situation of the last year,taking the monitor configuration as an example,the department’s purchase program was derived to increase the income of the department and save the time spending on the road.Methods First,the maximum of single borrowed equipment number was obtained by statistical analysis.Then,the working hours and the total income of 6 years of different pre purchase number was calculated from one to the maximum.Finally,the amount of equipment when the maximum income was extracted,which was used as the suggested purchase plan.Results The accumulative revenue of 43.2%department’s requisition equipment was greater than that of emergency storage mode.However,only 9%of departments showed significant income increase.Conclusion Emergency library model can effectively increase the turnover rate of equipment.
