摘　　要：本文通过笔者海外亲身体会,阐述加拿大大型医院医学工程部门工作模式及发展现状,并结合国内大型综合性医院医学工程部门职能定位及内部监管手段,打造一支为临床诊治服务提供最佳的医疗技术方案,保障医疗服务质量的优质团队。从注重人文关怀、设备管理全面信息化,实现实时动态管理等六点切入,浅谈对加拿大大型医院医学工程部门的发展现状的认识。Through my overseas experience,the working mode and development status of the medical engineering department of a large hospital in canada are expounded in this paper.Combined with the functional positioning of the medical engineering department of the large-scale general hospital and the internal supervision means,we will build a quality team that provides the best medical technology plan for clinical diagnosis and treatment and guarantees the quality of medical service.From the six points of paying attention to humanistic care,the comprehensive informatization of equipment management and the realization of real-time dynamic management,the development status of the medical engineering department of Canada’s large hospitals was discussed in this paper.
