摘　　要：在铝板带轧制过程中,采用热油喷射控制,对于边紧问题改善效果有限,采用电磁加热方式经过现场使用测试,能够更有效地缓解带材在轧制过程中边紧问题,实现了提高板形控制精度、改善带材板形质量的目的。In the process of rolling aluminum strip,the control of hot edge spray is used to improve the edge tight problem,and the electromagnetic heating method is used in the cold rolling mill.It can effectively alleviate the edge tight problem during the rolling process,and achieve the purpose of improving the precision of the shape control and improving the quality of the strip shape.
