摘 要:提出一种基于磁放大器的半桥LLC变换器输入电压范围扩展策略。在输入电压范围比较低时,磁放大器不被使能,变换器的工作状态和传统LLC变换器相同。当输入电压较高时,磁放大器工作在辅助整流方式。通过调整磁放大器的阻断时间来扩展变换器的直流增益调整范围,从而扩展变换器的输入电压范围。对所提出变换器的主要工作原理进行了详细分析,并给出磁放大器的设计方法。最后,通过一台160~300 V输入、25 V输出、最大功率为400 W的实验样机对该策略的可行性和理论的正确性进行了验证。An improved half-bridge LLC converter with magamp auxiliary post-regulator is proposed in this paper.The function of magamp is disabled when the converter works within low inputvoltage range,whereas it operates as an auxiliary post-regulator when the input-voltage is high.By changing the magamp’s blocking time,the DC gain of the converter can be extended accordingly.Hence,the input-voltage range of the converter is extended.The generalized operational principle is analyzed and the design criterion for the magamp is presented.Finally,a 25 V output,400 W experimental prototype was built and tested for a 160–300 V input-voltage range to verify the theoretic and feasibility of the proposed method.
