摘 要:本文探索了插穗类型、保留叶片数以及扦插基质对牛樟穴盘扦插繁殖的影响。结果表明:半木质化插穗扦插生根率(56.00%)高于木质化插穗(52.67%),但木质化插穗扦插苗生长状况要优于半木质化插穗扦插苗;插穗带顶芽扦插显著优于不带,带顶芽扦插的生根率(72.67%)为不带顶芽扦插的生根率(36.00%)的2.02倍;不留叶片插穗扦插生根率为0,随着插穗保留叶片数的增多,生根率随之增加,扦插苗的生长状况也表现更好;采用珍珠岩为基质,扦插生根率最高,为80.67%,采用腐殖土为基质,扦插苗生长表现最好,隶属函数位列第一。To determine the effect of different treatments on cutting propagation of Cinnamomum kanehirae,different factors,including scion type,leaf-retention and rooting medium were studied.The results showed that the rooting rate with semi-lignified branch(56.00%)was higher than witch with lignified branch(52.67%),but the growth status of the latter was better than the former.Cutting with terminal bud was significantly better than lateral bud.Its rooting rate(72.67%)was 2.02 times higher than witch with lateral bud.Rooting rate was 0 when cutting with no leaf.Nevertheless,it was higher and higher with the added leaves of cutting.And the seedlings grew better also.Rooting rate was the highest when using perlite as medium,came up to 80.67%.But when the medium was humus soil,cutting seedling had the best growth status.Its subordinate function value ranked number one.
