摘 要:为获取爆炸场热流密度及爆炸热源温度、热阻等数据,基于热容式热流密度传感器的测量原理,研究传感器的制作工艺,分析影响该传感器测量不确定度的因素。结合被测对象的作用特征,通过传感器结构优化设计提高传感器强度、量程及响应速度,控制传感器测量不确定度并使之满足项目要求。研制的传感器在密闭爆炸场、火箭发动机尾焰热流密度测量等领域展开应用。使用不同热阻的热容式热流密度传感器同时测量,联立方程可求解出爆炸场热源温度、内阻等关键参数。研究传感器具有具备响应速度快、测量上限高、成本低廉、易于安装等特点,适用于爆炸场热流密度测量。获取的数据可为弹药设计及毁伤威力评估提供数据支持。In order to obtain the data of heat flux density of explosion field,temperature and thermal resistance of explosion heat source,based on the measurement principle of heat capacity type heat flux sensor,the manufacturing process of the sensor was studied,and the factors affecting the measurement uncertainty of the sensor were analyzed.Combined with the action characteristics of the measured object,the sensor strength,range and response speed are improved through the optimal design of the sensor structure,and the uncertainty of the sensor measurement is controlled to meet the project requirements.The sensor developed has been applied in the fields of closed explosion field and measurement of heat flux density of rocket engine tail flame.Using heat capacity heat flux sensors with different thermal resistances to measure simultaneously,the key parameters such as the temperature and internal resistance of the heat source in the explosion field can be solved by simultaneous equations.The research sensor has the characteristics of quick response,high upper limit of measurement,low cost and easy installation,and is suitable for measuring the heat flux density of explosion field.The obtained data can provide data support for ammunition design and damage power assessment.
