摘 要:为研究防弹衣用软质超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)复合材料在多发弹打击下的防护效能变化,通过弹道试验对多发弹打击下复合材料的抗弹性能和结构损伤以及弹丸变形破坏特征进行试验研究,分析弹靶作用机制。结果表明:软质UHMWPE防弹材料经多发弹打击后,其抗弹性能明显下降且分散性变大;弹道冲击条件下,铅芯弹丸和靶材的高应变率材料力学行为、弹丸变形机制、靶材结构对弹丸的应力积累机制等均是影响防护材料抗弹性能优劣的根本因素,是其机理研究的关键。For the study of multi-hit performance of UHMWPE composite material used for body armor,the ballistic performance and structural damage of composite target,and the deformation and failure characteristics of projectile were investigated.The mechanism of action between bullet and target materials was also analyzed.The results indicated that the ballistic performance of soft UHMWPE composite,which was impacted by multiple projectiles,was significantly reduced and dispersed.Under ballistic impact conditions,the ballistic performance were influenced by dynamic behaviors of lead bullet and target materials,deformation mechanism of projectile,and stress accumulation in projectile induced by target structure.They were also the key factors of mechanism research.
