摘 要:放射性材料包装结构在贮存、运输过程中面临潜在意外冲击碰撞情况,为保障其在冲击环境下的安全性,需对包装结构开展跌落碰撞冲击安全行为考核。该文基于某放射性热源包装容器,以一定速度、呈正碰、侧碰和角碰姿态冲击钢板动力学行为进行数值模拟,分析包装箱各部组件结构的应力分布和变形情况,考核包装结构抗冲击性能。数值分析结果表明包装结构冲击能量耗散主要通过内外箱体结构塑性褶皱、缓冲材料塑性变形和箱壁结构撕裂破坏实现;多层缓冲结构可调整冲击应力波传递路径和幅值,实现对被保护产品的冲击防护,研究结果可为包装缓冲结构优化设计和冲击安全评估提供依据。Impact cushion is significant for safety storage and transportation of radioactive material.Numerical simulation is an effective way to evaluate radioactive material container subjected to impact loading.Dynamic behavior of radioactive heat unit container impacting steel plate at a given velocity and impact attitudes is simulated in the present paper.The stress and plastic deformation distribution of the container are obtained in the simulations.The numerical results shows container wall plastic fold,cushion material plastic deformation and structure tearing are the main impact energy dissipation ways.It indicates the structured design multilayer container has the functions of changing stress wave propagation route and stress amplitude.It is a valid way to protect product under high speed impact condition.The numerical results provide benefit reference for optimum design and impact safety evaluating of package cushion structure.
