摘  要:针对三相四线三桥臂三电平静止同步补偿器,对中点电位平衡控制问题进行研究。详细阐述了传统的三维空间矢量调制算法的原理及调制过程,建立了电容中点电位与相电流的关系,并依此对传统调制算法基础矢量选择环节进行修正;对控制环节进行改进,在基于Ip-Iq法的双环控制基础上增加了一个均压环;基于以上两种改进方式,对三电平静止同步补偿器提出了一种具有中点电位平衡控制能力的复合控制算法。在PSCAD/EMTDC环境下搭建仿真模型进行仿真验证,仿真结果表明所提算法能够有效抑制中点电位偏移,且动态调节能力较强。The issue of neutral potential balance and control for three-phase four-wire three-leg three-level STATCOM is studied.The principle and modulation process of traditional 3D-SVPWM modulation algorithm is described in detail,and the relationship between the neutral potential and phase current is established.On this basis,the basic vector selection of the traditional modulation algorithm is corrected.The control link is modified and grading ring is added on the basis of double-loop control based on Ip-Iq algorithm.Based on above two modification modes,a kind of compound control algorithm with neutral potential balance control capability for the three-level STATCOM is proposed.The simulation model under PSCAD/EMTDC environment is set up for simulation and verification.It is shown by the simulation result that the algorithm proposed can suppress effectively neutral potential shift and have stronger dynamic adjustment ability.
