摘 要:农作物秸秆的综合利用是当前保护生态环境与节约再生能源的迫切需要,也是新常态发展下农业经济转型、现代农业生产体系建构的关键一环。通过秸秆生物的科学利用,大幅缓解农村饲料、肥料、燃料和工业原料短缺性矛盾,其经济效益和社会综合效益愈发突显。文章重点分析新时期我国农村地区秸秆综合利用现状,以我国东北地区的实践改革推进为例,针对性探究归纳秸秆生物发酵饲料及其技术方法的可推广性。包括对于既往解题的有效解决及产生的经济效益和社会效益,即农业生产、环境保护、饲料生产一体化融合发展趋向。The comprehensive utilization of crop straw is an urgent need to protect the ecological environment and save renewable energy.It is also a key link in the transformation of agricultural economy and the construction of modern agricultural production system under the new normal development.Through the scientific use of straw organisms,the shortage of rural feed,fertilizer,fuel and industrial raw materials has been greatly alleviated,and its economic benefits and social comprehensive benefits have become more prominent.This paper focuses on the analysis of the status quo of comprehensive utilization of straw in rural areas in China in the new era.Taking the practice reform in Northeast China as an example,the paper explores the generalization of straw bio-fermentation feed and its technical methods.Including the effective solution to the previous problem solving,as well as the economic and social benefits generated,that is,the integration of agricultural production,environmental protection,and feed production.
