摘　　要：Irvine-Gass综合征是引起白内障术后视力下降、视物变形的最主要并发症,是白内障术后最不具有预测性的并发症之一,目前对其病因和治疗尚未达成统一的认识。谢立科主任对中西医结合治疗眼底病有丰富的临床经验,提出以健脾利湿为主,祛风清热、明目通络为辅治疗本病,取得较好疗效。本文将从发病部位、发病原因、临床表现、预防调护、典型病例等方面对其经验加以总结。Irvine-Gass syndrome is one of the most common complications after cataract surgery,leading to visual loss and metamorphopsia.At present,its etiology and treatment has not yet reached a unified understanding.Prof.XIE has rich clinical experience in the treatment of eye fundus diseases with traditional Chinese integral western medicine,puts forward that treating this disease mainly by strengthening spleen,removing wind,clearing heat and dredging blood circulation,and this therapy has a good effect.This paper will summarize his experience from the aspects of invasion sites,pathogenesis,clinical manifestation,prevention and care,typical cases,etc.
