摘　　要：本文以中国医学科学院医药生物技术研究所为例对研究生党员发展工作的相关情况进行调研,对当前科研院所研究生党员发展工作中存在的问题进行了总结和分析,结合科研院所研究生党员队伍实际,对如何做好科研院所研究生党员发展工作从根源上进行对策研究,对改善研究生党员群体的党性、提高研究生党员队伍思政水平、全面提高研究生培养质量、大力提升科研创新能力、加快一流大学和一流学科建设、实现高等教育内涵式发展具有重要意义。Taking Institute of Medicinal Biotechnology of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences as an example,this paper makes an investigation on postgraduate party members development work,also summarizes and analyzes the existing problems in the development work of postgraduate party members in scientific research institutes.Based on the actual situation of the institutes and postgraduate party members,this article attempts to find the root causes of the problem and give the countermeasure on how to do a good job in the development of postgraduate party members in scientific research institutes.It is significant to improve party spirit and ideological and political level of postgraduate party members,vigorously promote the education quality and scientific research innovation ability of postgraduate students,accelerate the construction of first-class universities and first-rate disciplines,and achieve connotation development of higher education.
