基于ARIS构建中烟工业公司业务流程管理系统

摘　　要：为从企业全局的高度对业务流程进行系统性管理,以红塔集团为研究实例,构建中烟工业公司业务流程管理系统。系统不仅可以解决ERP业务流程管理"两张皮"的问题,提升ERP运维管理质量,而且通过设计中烟工业公司流程体系框架,创建公司流程体系模型,开发公司全局流程地图,实现了公司流程体系的全景式管理。通过管理思想与信息技术相结合,拓展流程管理应用,使该系统能够支撑并促进中烟工业公司流程体系管理的深入开展。In order to manage overall business process systematically of the corporation,business process management system was built taking Hongta Group as an example.The system not only solved problems in ERP business process management,improved ERP operation and maintenance management,but in the mean time,through design of tobacco industrial corporation process system framework,construct business process system model,develop corporation global process map,realized a panoramic process management system.The integration of management thought and information technology,with expanded application of process management,could support and promote continuous enhancement of process system management.
