摘　　要：我国高校学生的心理健康问题一直以来都备受关注,但是关注目光大多数都放在了有经济问题和家庭问题的学生身上,对于高校的学生干部总是抱有极高的期望,而忽视了他们的内心诉求。事实上,学生干部的心理素质情况并不像我们想得那么良好,同样需要我们的关注,这也是高校思想政治教育工作者的一项重要任务。本文将对高校学生干部的心理压力成因与特点进行分析,并提出相应的素质培养与压力调适对策。Psychological health problems of college students in China has been in focus,but most focus on economic issues and family problems of students.Very high expectations are always put on student cadres in colleges and universities,and their inner demands are neglected.In fact,the psychological quality of student cadres is not so good as we think,and it needs our attention.It is also an important task of ideological and political education workers.The causes and features of the psychological pressure of student cadres in colleges and universities were analyzed,and the countermeasures for their psychological quality cultivation and pressure adjustment were put forward.
