摘  要:本案例运用合理情绪疗法为一名因考试成绩不理想而焦虑的小学生求助者进行了心理咨询。针对其不合理的信念和错误的认知模式采取一系列的矫正,通过引导其进行多种自我行为训练来获得正确的自我认知,从而缓解甚至消除考试焦虑引发的消极情绪,最终较好地达到了本次咨询的目标,有效地健全了求助者的心理和人格。这证明合理情绪疗法对小学生一般心理问题有良好的改善作用。This case helped a pupil who was depressed and anxious because of poor exam results with a psychological consultation by using the rational emotive therapy.A series of effective treatment was taken for the counselor's irrational beliefs and faulty thinking modes.Through guiding the counselor to conduct self-behavior training to alleviate the negative emotions of test anxiety,we realized the specific and short-term counseling goals finally.The result promoted the counselor's healthy personalities and mental health.This case proved that the rational emotive therapy had a good improvement on the general psychological problems of primary school students.
