摘 要:为了将环境中的射频能量转换成直流电能为低功耗设备供电,设计了一种宽带共面波导天线与新型匹配网络相结合的双频带能量收集器.宽带天线的带宽为0.8~2.8 GHz,可以收集环境中频率为0.915 GHz和2.4 GHz的射频能量,并且相对于微带天线,尺寸缩小了近1/3;新型匹配网络可同时匹配在0.915 GHz和2.4 GHz双频带处,并且匹配带宽分别达到了30 MHz和100 MHz.实验结果表明:该系统与功率为0.1 W的阅读器相距50 cm时,可以收集到201 mV的直流电能;与功率小于0.1 W的路由器相距10 cm时,可以收集到33 mV的直流电能.这表明本文所设计的双频带整流系统可以有效收集环境中ISM频段(0.915 GHz和2.4 GHz)处的能量.In order to convert RF energy in the environment into DC power for low-power equipment,a dual band energy harvester is designed,which consists of a wideband coplanar waveguide antenna and a new matching network.The broadband antenna's bandwidth is 0.8-2.8 GHz,which can collect radio frequency energy in the environ-ment at 0.915 GHz and 2.4 GHz.Compared with microstrip antennas,the size of the broadband antenna is reduced by nearly 1/3.The new matching network can be matched at both the 0.915 GHz and 2.4 GHz and the matching bandwidth reaches 30 MHz and 100 MHz respectively.The experimental results show that when the system is about 50 cm apart from the reader of 0.1 W,it can effectively collect 201 mV DC power.When the system is about 10 cm apart from the router less than 0.1 W,it can effectively collect 33 mV DC power.This shows that the dual-band rectifier system designed can effectively collect energy in the environment at the ISM frequency bands(0.915 GHz and 2.4 GHz).
