摘 要:为了分析锭子组合系统结合面磨损所引起的振动对纺纱质量的影响,利用变化的弹簧-阻尼单元模拟锭子-纱管结合面磨损情况,建立锭子-纱管结合面接触模型与锭子组合系统动力学模型,并通过ANSYS对锭子组合系统进行模态仿真分析.结果表明:锭子-纱管结合面磨损影响锭子组合系统的固有频率与振型,锭杆与纱管天眼结合面周向单侧接触比周向完全接触产生的影响大,且锭子与纱管下底口结合面比锭杆与纱管天眼结合面磨损产生的影响更大,易导致纺纱过程中出现张力波动与纱线断头;并验证额定转速18 000 r/min非临界转速,通过振型分析确定额定转速条件下纱管振程检测的合理位置为纱管顶部,为锭子与纱管结构优化和组合系统振动分析提供了理论参考与实验仿真方法.In order to analyze the influence of the vibration caused by the wear of the joint surface of the spindle combination system on the spinning quality,the spindle-bobbin joint interface model and the dynamic model of the spindle combination system were established by changing the spring-damping unit to simulate the wear of the spindle-bobbin joint interface.The modal analysis of spindle combination system was carried out by ANSYS.The results show that the wear of the spindle-bobbin joint interface affects the natural frequency and mode shape of the spindle combination system,and the effect of circumferential unilateral contact is greater than that of circumferential full contact between the spindle and the top of bobbin,moreover the wear of spindle with bobbin bottom has more influence than that of spindle with bobbin top.It easily results in tension fluctuations and yarn breakage.And the rated speed of 18 000 r/min is verified as noncritical speed.The reasonable position of the bobbin vibration detection under the condition of the rated speed is the top of the bobbin,which provides the theoretical reference and experimental simulation method for the optimization of the spindle and bobbin structure and the vibration analysis of the spindle combination system.
