稽留流产患者绒毛及蜕膜组织中TLR4、NF-κB的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨稽留流产患者绒毛及蜕膜组织中Toll样受体4(TLR4)、核转录因子-kappa B(NF-κB)的表达及临床意义。方法选取2013年1月～2017年10月我院收治的90例稽留流产患者(其中50例稽留流产伴感染者为A组,40例稽留流产无伴感染者为B组)及50例正常早孕要求终止妊娠的患者(C组),运用免疫组化SP法检测三组绒毛及蜕膜组织中TLR4、NF-κB的表达。结果 TLR4、NF-κB在三组绒毛及蜕膜组织中均有表达,但TLR4、NF-κB在A组及B组的绒毛及蜕膜组织中的表达高于C组(P<0.05)。A组中的同一绒毛及蜕膜组织中TLR4、NF-κB的表达成正相关(r=0.527,P<0.05)。结论稽留流产患者绒毛及蜕膜组织中TLR4、NF-κB表达升高,可能参与稽留流产的发生发展。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)and nuclear factor-kappaB(NF-κB)in the villi and decidua of patients with missed abortion.Methods A total of 90 patients with missed abortion treated in our hospital from January 2013 to October 2017 were selected(50 patients with missed abortion and infection were group A,40 patients with missed abortion and no infection were group B)and 50 normal early pregnancy required termination of pregnancy(group C).Immunehisto-chemical SP method was used to detect the expression of TLR4 and NF-κB in chorionic villi and decidua.Results TLR4 and NF-κB were expressed in the three groups of villi and decidua,but the expression of TLR4 and NF-κB in the villi and decidua of group A and B was higher than that of the group C(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between the expression of TLR4 and NF-κB in the same villi and decidua in group A(r=0.527,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of TLR4 and NF-κB in the villus and decidua of patients with missed abortion is increased,which may be involved in the occurrence and development of missed abortion.
