摘　　要：目的研究耳鸣习服疗法治疗耳鸣的临床应用效果。方法选取我院2016年10月～2017年10月收治的94例耳鸣患者作为研究对象,按照奇偶分组方法分为对照组(47例)与实验组(47例)。对照组采用药物治疗方法,实验组患者在对照组的基础上采用耳鸣习服疗法治疗方法。比较两组的治疗效果、耳鸣烦躁级量化结果、焦虑、抑郁评分。结果实验组患者治疗后1、3、6个月的总适应率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的耳鸣烦躁级量化结果均改善,实验组患者的改善幅度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的焦虑评分和抑郁评分均改善,实验组患者的改善幅度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳鸣患者接受耳鸣习服疗法治疗,能够显著改善患者的临床症状,促进患者病情好转,值得推广应用。Objective To study the clinical application effect of tinnitus retraining therapy in the treatment of tinnitus.Methods A total of 94 tinnitus patients who were admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the study subjects.According to odd-even grouping method,they were divided into the control group(47 cases)and the experimental group(47 cases).The control group was given drug therapy.The experimental group was given tinnitus retraining therapy on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects,quantifiable results of tinnitus irritability level,anxiety and depression scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total adaptation rate in the experimental group after treatment at 1,3,6 months was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The quantifiable results of tinnitus irritability level in both groups after treatment were improved,the improvement rate in the experimental group after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The anxiety scores and depression scores in both groups after treatment were improved,the improvement rate in the experimental group after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Tinnitus patients receiving tinnitus retraining therapy can significantly improve the patient′s clinical symptoms and promote the improvement of patient′s conditions.It is worthy of popularization and application.
