摘 要:目的探讨瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚靶控输注在脑肿瘤手术中的临床应用效果。方法选取2016年7月~2018年4月南昌三三四医院收治的66例脑肿瘤手术患者,按照随机数字表法分对照组和观察组,每组各33例。对照组给予芬太尼复合丙泊酚,观察组给予瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚靶控输注,对两组的手术时间、麻醉时间、拔管时间、患者睁眼时间、恢复时间、平均动脉压及心率进行观察与评估。结果两组手术、麻醉时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组拔管时间、患者睁眼时间、恢复时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组各个时间段的平均动脉压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组诱导前心率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组诱导后直至手术完成阶段心率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚靶控输注应用于脑肿瘤手术患者有较高的临床价值,在发挥显著疗效的基础上确保安全性,值得应用及推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of target controlled infusion of Remifentanil combined with Propofol in brain tumor surgery.Methods A total of 66 patients with brain tumors treated in the No 334 Hospital in Nanchang from July 2016 to April 2018.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,33 cases in each group.The observation group was given Remifentanil compound Propofol target-controlled infusion,and the control group was given the Fentanyl compound Propofol,the operation time,anesthesia time,extubation time,blink time,recovery time,and mean arterial pressure and heart rate were observed and assessed.Results There was no significant difference in the operation time and anesthesia time between the two groups(P>0.05).The time of extubation,blinking time and recovery time in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the mean arterial pressure between the two groups at each time(P>0.05);Comparison of heart rate before induction in two group there was no significant difference(P>0.05);the heart rate was low after the induction in the observation group until the completion of the surgery.In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Target-controlled infusion of remifentanil combined with Propofol has a high clinical value in patients with brain tumor surgery,and can ensure safety on the basis of exerting significant curative effect.It is worthy of application and promotion.
