摘　　要：药品招标是指招标采购机构发出药品招标通知,说明采购的药品名称、规格、数量及其他条件,邀请药品投标人在规定的时间、地点按照一定的程序进行投标的一种交易行为。我院药品招标采购管理工作主要有挂网采购、紧急采购和临时采购,在实施过程中取得了较好的成绩,但实践中也存在不少的问题。本研究从医院、中标配送企业、政府等相关方面分析药品招标采购中出现的主要问题,并探讨解决问题的应对措施。Drug bidding refers to a kind of transaction that the bidding procurement agency sends out the notice of drug bidding,explains the name,specification,quantity and other conditions of the purchase,and invites enterprises to bid in a prescribed time and place in accordance with a certain procedure.The management of drug bidding and purchasing in our hospital mainly includes network purchasing,emergency purchase and temporary purchase,which has achieved good results in the process of implementation,but there are also many problems in practice.This paper analyzes the main problems arising from the procurement of drugs from the hospital,the winning enterprises and the government,and discusses the countermeasures to solve the problems.
