摘　　要：目的探讨对腹腔镜治疗不孕症患者实施心理干预措施的效果,为临床提供指导。方法选取2014年12月～2016年12月我院收治的58例不孕症患者作为研究对象,患者均实施腹腔镜治疗,使用随机数字表法分为常规组和心理组,每组各29例。常规组应用常规护理,心理组应用常规护理+心理护理。随访1年,比较两组的心理状况评分、满意度及受孕率。结果心理组干预后心理状况评分[(19.24±2.87)分]相比常规组[(25.62±3.21)分]明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心理组的总满意度(96.55%)、受孕率(93.10%)相比常规组(72.41%、68.97%)明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜治疗不孕症患者实施心理干预的效果较佳,可有效改善患者负性情绪。Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on laparoscopic treatment of infertility and provide guidance for clinical practice.Methods From December 2014 to December 2016,58 patients with infertility in our hospital were selected as the observation subjects.Laparoscopic treatment was performed in 58 patients.The random number table method was used to divide 58 patients into routine group(n=29,receiving routine nursing care)and psychological group(n=29,receiving routine nursing care+psychological nursing care).One year follow-up visit was performed to compare the psychological status scores,satisfaction and conception rate between the two group.Results The scores of post-intervention psychological status in the psychological group was(19.24±2.87)points,compared with the conventional group of(25.62±3.21)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the degree of satisfaction(96.55%)and conception rate(93.10%)in the psychological group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(72.41%,68.97%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of psychological intervention on the patients undergoing laparoscopic treatment of infertility is better,which can effectively improve negative emotions of patients.
