路径式运动疗法对妇科腹腔镜子宫切除术后气腹并发症及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨路径式运动疗法对妇科腹腔镜子宫切除术后气腹并发症及生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年12月～2017年12月我院收治的80例腹腔镜子宫切除术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组予以术后常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施路径式运动疗法,比较两组术后气腹并发症(肩部疼痛、皮下气肿、高碳酸血症)发生情况及生活质量评分。结果观察组术后肩部疼痛、皮下气肿及并发症总发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预后环境领域、心理领域、生理领域、社会关系领域、总体感觉及总分显著变化,且观察组干预后上述评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇科腹腔镜子宫切除术患者实施路径式运动疗法有助于减少术后气腹并发症,提升生活质量,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of path based exercise therapy on pneumoperitoneum complications and quality of life after gynecologic laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods A total of 80 cases of laparoscopic hysterectomy in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine postoperative care.The observation group was given the path exercise therapy on the basis of the control group.The postoperative pneumoperitoneum complications(shoulder pain and subcutaneous)occurrence and quality of life of emphysema and hypercapnia were evaluated.Results The total incidence of shoulder pain,subcutaneous emphysema and complications after operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the intervention,the two groups were significantly changed in the environment,psychological,physiological,social relations,general feeling and total score,and the observation group intervened.The above scores were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is helpful to reduce the postoperative complications of pneumoperitoneum and improve the quality of life in patients with gynecologic laparoscopic hysterectomy,which is worthy of clinical application.
