摘　　要：目前公路收费权评估方法包括成本法、收益法等多种方法,论文在分析公路收费权评估方法选择的基础上,提出了一种较新的评估思路,即通过评估收费期限来确定收费权价值的评估方法,并对采用该方法的意义进行了较为详细的论证。At present,the evaluationmethods of highway toll right include costmethod,incomemethod and so on.On the basis of analyzing the selection of the evaluationmethod of highwaytoll right,this paper puts forward a newevaluationmethod,that is,to determine the value of toll right byevaluatingthe chargeable period.Thepaper makes adetailedanalysisof the significance of this method.
