摘　　要：MOS值作为对VoLTE语音质量最关键的影响因素之一,是VoLTE业务功能的成功商用最为重要的提升方向。论文针对VoLTE语音质量优化提升,从基础问题分析到特性功能优化做了详细阐述,并提出一种能改善上行丢包率及语音质量的有效方法。MOSvalue isoneof themost important factorsaffectingVoLTEvoice quality,and it is themost important promotion direction for the successful commercial use ofVoLTEbusiness functions.Aiming at the optimization and promotion of theVoLTE voice quality,the paper concretelyexpounds fromthe basic problemanalysis to the feature function optimization,and puts forward some effectivemeasures to improve theuplink packet loss rate and voice quality.
