摘　　要：科学技术的发展,推动着时代的进步,近些年来,建筑行业出现了更多的新兴技术与材料,对建筑物的管理和使用提出了更高的要求。智能化建筑作为一种发展趋势,如何与当前广泛运用的计算机科学与技术相结合,成为一项重要且艰巨的发展任务。The development of science and technologypromotes the progress of the times.In recent years,more andmore newtechnologies and materials have emerged in the construction industry,which put forward higher requirements for themanagement and use of buildings.Intelligent building is a development trend,how to combine it with computer science and technology,which is widely used at present,has become an important andarduousdevelopment task.
